Our Process
We tailor our approach to the exact needs of each project, but if you’re involved in the full process, it’ll probably look something like this:
Step 1: Defining the role
We dig into the job specification to understand exactly what the client is looking for.
Step 2: Search & selection
If it’s the right role for you, matching your values and skills, we’ll reach out to you.
Step 3: Qualification & shortlisting
We’ll take you through two interviews – one to discuss your experience, skills and qualifications, and another to talk about personality, behaviours, values and culture.
Step 4: Video interviews
We’ll create a video interview where you answer 3-5 questions set by the hiring manager.
Step 5: Candidate presentation & interviews
Depending on the project, the client will run a 1, 2 or 3-step interview process, involving you, the hiring manager and other decision-makers.
Step 6: Due diligence
We’ll review your business and personal references. As long as everything checks out, congratulations are in order – you’ve got your dream job!
