Demand for engineers will continue to ‘exceed supply’

Requirements for engineers will continue to outstrip supply until at least 2015, according to Alan MacKinnon, recruitment delivery manager at TfL.

MacKinnon told Recruiter: “The next five years will see demand exceed supply until major national programmes are delivered, and the graduates of 2005 and beyond begin to make an impact in their specialist areas."
