Our client is one the largest and most established provider of Manned Guarding services in the UK. Having Provided Manned Guards to Public Sector & major blue chip clients for decades they are highly respected and retain over 95% of clients annually.  Our client has a vacancy for an industry experienced Head of Operations to cover the south of England, running a territory incorporating London and the Home counties. You will report directly to the MD. Your duties will focus on overseeing Operations, Sales & Client Retention through service driven management. You will be responsible for the full P&L of around £12million for the Southern Region. Our client has many highly prestigious contracts within their portfolio and are looking for a forward thinking individual to take on this challenging role.
