After another sustained period or organic growth this leading independent installer of high end integrated security systems are looking for an experienced sales manager to help drive the company forward.
The successful candidate must have proven track record of achieving a personal sales target of £1million +. They will also be responsible for managing a team of six sales professionals with a combined team target of £3.5million, also with the remit of growing this team. Experience of selling high end and high net worth systems is essential as are time and man management skills. Experience of full P&L responsibilities is also high desirable.
In return my client is willing to offer a huge basic salary with massive on target earnings and the potential of becoming a Company Director if successful. In summary an opportunity that should not be overlooked.
